For our TYP keyboards, we are currently the sole vendor handling all the boards that are being produced and fulfillment to ensure quality control and process are handled with great attention.

Moving forward all TYP boards will more or less likely be in ready stock to ensure minimal waiting time for our customers. However, we could only offer reasonable quantities based on our current capacity.

All sales are final for in-stock items. If you have an issue with the items you received please get in-touch with us and we will assist you accordingly.

For preorder or groupbuy orders that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled after preorder/groupbuy period has ended.

Note: All cancelled orders will refunded with shipping costs minus stripe fees + shopify fees + exchange rates (4.5% - 5%) and will take a period of 7-14 working days to appear on your statement.
